Organised by Dezeen Jobs, the Top Companies list is a new initiative recognising outstanding studios and companies around the world that are redefining what great workplaces look like.
The annual list highlights 20 companies that have set new standards in supporting and inspiring their teams, providing a platform for organisations that excel in workplace culture, inclusivity and employee wellbeing.
At DIA, we are working towards achieving net-zero by 2045 and received SBTi validation for this commitment last year. We are committed to improving net-zero climate literacy, with 25% of our staff trained in specialised energy-efficiency techniques.
Employee wellbeing is also vitality important to us, and we provide a team of mental health first aiders, employee assistance programmes, menopause support and flexible working options.
